Wesselman's Murder in Henry v. Ryan

SUMMARY of Henry v. Ryan (United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois)
Dana Henery received a subpoena to give samples of saliva to the DuPage County Sheriffs Department. His public defender filed a motion to squash the subpoena and was denied by the circuit court. 1. Dana Henry probably didn't trust them period, he didn't do it just as Rolando Cruz didn't kill. Brian Duggan did and Cruz served almost twenty years
